Welcome to CoreHosting. By accessing, purchasing, or using any of the services provided by CoreHosting (Pty) Ltd ("CoreHosting", "we", "us", or "our"), including but not limited to Web Hosting, Virtual Private Servers (VPS), Dedicated Servers, Domain Registration, Web Design/Development Projects, and Website Maintenance Services, you ("Customer", "User", "you") agree to be bound by these comprehensive Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Your use of our services constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice, and your continued use of the services will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.

2. Description of Services

CoreHosting provides digital infrastructure and related services. While we strive for excellence, all services are supplied subject to availability and the conditions set forth herein.

  • Hosting & Servers: Shared, Reseller, WordPress, and VPS/Dedicated hosting packages.
  • Domain Registration: Domain registration, renewal, and transfer services (subject to the respective registry's terms).
  • Web Projects & Maintenance: Custom web development, design, software projects, and ongoing security/maintenance retainers.

3. "As Is" Service Provision & No Warranties

COREHOSTING SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. CoreHosting explicitly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We make no warranty that our services will meet your requirements, or that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, 100% secure, or error-free.

4. Absolute Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL COREHOSTING, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, REVENUE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the services.
  • Any hardware failure, network failure, catastrophic data loss, or server misconfiguration.
  • Any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
  • Bugs, viruses, trojan horses, malware, or ransomware that may be transmitted to or through our services by any third party.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CoreHosting's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these terms or your use of the services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to CoreHosting in the one (1) month immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

5. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CoreHosting and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

  • Your use of and access to the Service, including any data or content transmitted or received by you.
  • Your violation of any term of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any right of privacy or intellectual property rights.
  • Your violation of any applicable law, rule, or regulation.

6. Backups and Data Loss

Your use of the service is at your sole risk. CoreHosting is not responsible for files and/or data residing on your account. You agree to take full responsibility for files and data transferred and to maintain all appropriate standalone backup of files and data stored on CoreHosting servers. While we may configure automated backup systems, we cannot guarantee the integrity or availability of these backups under all hardware or software failure scenarios.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms or Acceptable Use Policy.

8. Web Projects & Maintenance Limitation

If you subscribe to our website maintenance or engage us for web projects, you acknowledge that software is inherently vulnerable to security flaws. While we employ industry-standard practices to secure and maintain applications (e.g., WordPress), we cannot guarantee immunity from hacks, defacements, or database breaches. CoreHosting accepts entirely zero liability for lost eCommerce revenue, reputational damage, or data exposure resulting from website compromises.
